The East Convention Center is approx. 222,879 SF and South Convention Center is approx. 82,400 SF. Both facilities consist of ballrooms, meeting rooms, common areas and back of house support areas.

An additional 18,000 SF for guest amenities includes a lawn area, a vehicle drop-off, and direct connectivity to the swimming pool deck.
