PCNA Group provided Code Consulting, Fire Protection Engineering, Egress Design, and Accessibility Analysis for this approx. 120,000 SF 4-story (plus basement level) building that includes courtrooms, parking garage, adult education classrooms, detention holding cells, judge chambers, jury deliberation, and related public spaces and support areas.

PCNA Group provided Code Consulting and Fire Protection Engineering for this outdoor sports complex that consists of 22 regular pickleball courts, championship courts, multiple shade structures, portable bleachers, general seating areas, and fixed spectator seating areas.

PCNA Group provided Code Consulting, Accessibility Analysis, and Fire Protection Engineering for the overall master plan development and core and shell design for eight buildings and two outdoor plaza areas on this 17-acre (combined) parcel that includes a variety of art installations, retail and food and beverage tenant suites, immersive entertainment venues, parking garage, and an elevated Boeing 747 bar/nightclub venue attraction.

PCNA Group provided Fire Protection Engineering, Code Consulting, Accessibility Analysis and Inspections, and Egress Design for this multiple high-rise building complex that includes an outdoor entertaining place for concerts and other city-sponsored events. The buildings serve as an annex office complex for numerous city government agencies.

PCNA Group provided Code Consulting and ADA/Accessibility Analysis and Inspections for the tenant improvement design and construction of this approx. 21,596 SF 2-story Type V-B building with a basement to replace the existing IMAX theater with a new “Fly Encounter” ride attraction theater experience. The project also included renovations to the existing lobby and addition of a new retail space.

PCNA Group provided ADA/Accessibility Analysis and Inspections, and Egress Design for this 250,000 SF 5-story $80M nightclub and restaurant within the world-famous MGM Grand Hotel on the Las Vegas Strip.

PCNA Group provided Code Consulting, Accessibility Analysis, Egress Design, and Fire Protection Engineering for this upscale lodge-style resort hotel and conference center that consists of 150 guest rooms and suites, 30 individual seasonal cabins, amenities such as fitness center, swimming pool and spa, and approx. 265,000 SF of flexible functional space to accommodate events. This entire resort is situated along a pristine lake that provides recreational activities and year-round ambiance.

PCNA Group provided ADA/Accessibility Analysis for the Resorts World East Convention Center and South Convention Center facilities. The East Convention Center is approx. 222,879 SF and South Convention Center is approx. 82,400 SF. Both facilities consist of ballrooms, meeting rooms, common areas and back of house support areas.

PCNA Group provided Third-party Reviews and Analyses for this approx. 71,000 SF single-story state of Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles License Branch facility.

PCNA Group provided Code Consulting, Fire Protection Engineering, Life Safety/Egress Design, and Accessibility Analysis & Inspections for 135,000 SF 2-story conference center that consist of a large ballroom with break-out options to accommodate multiple events, a commercial kitchen facility, and more. Its second floor includes meeting rooms also with break-out options, and connectivity to a sky bridge that allows access to the hotel. An additional 18,000 SF for guest amenities includes a lawn area, a vehicle drop-off, and direct connectivity to the swimming pool deck. 

PCNA Group provided Code Consulting, Fire Protection Engineering, ADA/Accessibility Analysis, and Egress Design for this high-rise addition to the existing facility that is comprised of fourteen floors consisting of new meeting rooms, ballrooms, catering prep kitchen, lobby areas, parking garage, loading dock area, retail tenant suites, and storage areas.

PCNA Group provided Code Consulting, Fire Protection Engineering, ADA/Accessibility Analysis, Life Safety Engineering, and Egress Design for the construction of a new 2-story building approx. 384,310 SF facility that includes exposition space, meeting rooms, offices, pre-function spaces, registration areas, and concessions. The project also included the renovation of a portion of the existing parking garage to accommodate this expansion.
