The proposed project includes initial design analysis through the submission of the Land Use Development (LD) Permit for a new 22-story, 262-unit high-rise apartment tower development of approx. 980,000 GBA. The development will consist of two (2) 16-story residential towers atop a shared 6-story podium. The podium will consist of both indoor and outdoor resident amenities, parking garage and building services (back-of-house) areas. The overall building height will be approximately 240-feet. The site will consist of two (2) unique passenger drop-off areas with vehicular access points to/from the parking garage, plus an at-grade pedestrian way that will connect the existing Athletic Club facility to this facility.
