City of Las Vegas Civic Center & Plaza

PCNA Group provided Fire Engineering Design, Code Consulting and Accessibility Analysis & Inspections for this new facility that consists of two mixed-use annex buildings to support the City of Las Vegas – City Hall District. The 4/5 story mid-rise buildings consist of multiple departmental offices, art gallery, restaurants and an outdoor events plaza with a "live" stage.

The interior building areas house several agency departments including human resources, accounting, IT analysis and fire prevention. Departmental spaces include public meeting rooms, a restaurant tenant suite, employee dining options and the City of Las Vegas Historical Museum.
