Downtown Civic Center & Plaza

The Downtown Civic Center & Plaza project included the construction of a new mixed-use facility, located at the southeast corner of Main Street & Clark Avenue, within the City of Las Vegas – City Hall District.

The project consisted of the design and construction of a 6-story above-grade mixed-use mid-rise building on an approximately 3.5-acre site.

The overall site build-out also included an outdoor performance plaza with covered stages and artificial lawn landscaping that is partially covered with a cantilevered shade structure/outdoor performance stage that occurs at the north end of the courtyard. 

The interior building areas house several City of Las Vegas Departments including, but not limited to human resources, governmental administration, IT analysis and administration, accounting and fire prevention. Additionally, it consists of public meeting rooms, restaurant tenant suites, employee dining options and the City of Las Vegas Historical Museum. 

Future program spaces for this facility include the implementation of a “911” emergency call center and operations division, plus an outdoor rooftop deck to accommodate staff assembly and small public events.
