 Project responsibilities included; the preparation and submission of multiple Fire Protection Reports to determine future occupancy suitability within this 40+ year old existing structure. PCNA performed evaluations of the existing fire protection and life safety features throughout the building, made determinations on required upgrades, mitigation options, and negotiated approvals that were ultimately permitted by the City of Las Vegas for each of the medical and medical office occupancies. 

 Project responsibilities included Building, Fire, and Life Safety Code Consulting and Accessibility Analysis for this 10,000 SF, 1-story recreation and physical therapy facility that supports independent living for seniors and traumatic brain injury patients. The building consists of classrooms, physical activity rooms, sensory vocational rooms, reception with patient/ family consultation rooms and support offices. 

 Project responsibilities included; providing building, fire, and life safety code consulting and accessibility analysis for this 66,000 SF, 1-story SNF/ALC facility. The building consists of patient care rooms, dwelling units, lobby and café, dining pub area, common dining room with support kitchen area, indoor & outdoor recreation areas, and back-of-house/staff support areas. 

  Project responsibilities included the preparation of Fire Protection Report, JAHCO Report, Egress Drawings, and internal Plans-check Reviews for the renovation of the existing northeast wing of this 2-story unoccupied hospital building. The project included change-of-use from a standard hospital into a hospice care facility for terminally ill patients.

  Project responsibilities included; providing building code, fire & life safety analysis, as well as accessibility consulting services for the Crossing Dining Room Expansion. The Forum at the Crossing is an existing assisted living care facility that expanded to include a significantly enlarged dining room, entry vestibule, exterior courtyards, and common resident areas.  

   Project responsibilities included; providing building code consulting, plan review services, and accessibility analysis for this 2-story, 25,000 SF Skilled Nursing Facility with 60 sleeping/care units. This building was an addition to the existing Assisted Living Care facility accessed via enclosed pedestrian walkways.

     Project responsibilities included; providing building, fire, and life safety code consulting and accessibility analysis for this 70,000 SF, 2-story SNF/ALC facility. The building consists of patient care rooms, dwelling units, lobby and café, dining pub area, common dining room with support kitchen area, indoor & outdoor recreation areas, and back-of-house staff support areas. 

 Project responsibilities included; providing building, fire, and life safety code consulting and accessibility analysis for this 66,000 SF, 1-story SNF/ALC facility.
