Project responsibilities included; providing full code, fire protection and life safety analysis, as well as egress design and full accessibility review for this dual-tower, 28-story, high-rise condominium building housing various retail suites, restaurants, and residential amenities atop a subterranean parking garage.
Project responsibilities included; a review of the proposed master site plan to determine if a sidewalk, along the south side of Harmon Avenue, could be eliminated in lieu of other provided accessible routes and means of egress. Our findings supported the elimination of this sidewalk thus allowing the project design to proceed without negatively impacting the schedule or proposed budget.
Project responsibilities included; accessibility design, fire protection & life safety consulting, egress design, and preparing alternate methods of compliance for this 164-story hotel & casino tower. This project also included restaurants, retail mall, condominium units, rooftop pool and recreation area, convention & meeting rooms, entertainment venue, nightclubs, VIP accommodations, and observation galleries.
Project responsibilities included; full code, fire protection and life safety, egress design, accessibility design review, and alternate methods of design compliance for the renovation and modernization of this historic 6-story high-rise hotel tower with casino, restaurants, bars, and sports book center in downtown Las Vegas, Nevada.
Project responsibilities included; providing site-specific compliance recommendations based on “as-built” accessibility design reviews performed for this 200,000 sf, multi-tenant shopping center to achieve compliance with local, state, and federal accessibility provisions within the City of Henderson, NV.
Project responsibilities included; the preparation of a sprinkler design criteria letter to provide justification to permit the use of wet-type system heads in outdoor covered areas of the building (intended for new outdoor restaurant seating areas) that were subject to potential freeze conditions for this mixed-use, 2-story, approximately 50,000 sf office and restaurant center. Additionally, PCNA Group provided other alternative methods to resolve issues on this 30+ year old facility.
Project responsibilities included full code, fire protection and life safety, egress design, and accessibility review for this 110,000 sf. new commercial development including retail suites, Class A offices, and twin 5-story residential condominium towers located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Tenant improvement suites included: Sammy’s Wood-fired Pizza, Fedex-Kinkos, and Einstein Bros. Bagels.
Project responsibilities included; accessibility design, fire protection and life safety consulting, and egress design, as well as preparing alternate methods of compliance for this “old-world” themed multi-tower complex consisting of seven (7), 20-story high-rise condominium towers with restaurants, retail suites, and amenities such as pools, dog walks, meditation plazas, and various outdoor, roof-top sports courts.

Project responsibilities included; providing full fire protection and life safety including the preparation of Fire Protection and Life Safety Report, egress design drawings, architectural plans-check review, and site fire protection analysis for this proposed 600-room mixed-use hotel and theme park entry portal. This project utilized NFPA design standards for all design aspects including the building, fire, and life safety codes.
