Project responsibilities included; providing fire alarm and sprinkler system analysis to determine requirements for the reconditioning and renovation of the existing San Tropez Hotel lobby and bar salon. Determinations made on-site during construction to resolve fire department inspection concerns resulted in significant cost savings to the client, as a result the project was completed well under the budget.

Project responsibilities included; providing architectural plans-check reviews, preparation of egress design drawings, tenant improvement fire protection reports, and accessibility analysis for an interior renovation to the existing, 156,000 SF casino floor of the Bellagio Hotel and Casino Resort in Las Vegas, NV. This project consisted of both a renovation to the existing KENO playing area as well as a complete relocation of the casino’s Poker room.
Project responsibilities included; fire engineering consultancy, carrying out egress modeling to evaluate facility egress capacity, and permitting the increased occupant loads. The egress modeling was carried out using Pathfinder software.
