Enclosed rooms and spaces were constructed to accommodate fire protection and life safety features relating to an adjacent high-rise office tower   building.

PCNA Group provided Code Consulting, Fire   Protection Engineering, Automatic Sprinkler System design, and Accessibility Analysis & Inspections for the design and construction of this 5-tier mixed-use parking garage structure with 502 parking spaces, including EV charging spaces, and retail tenant suites, enhancing the infrastructure of the growing and bustling Arts District.

PCNA Group provided Code Consulting, Fire Protection Engineering, Accessibility Analysis & Inspections, and Conceptual   Sprinkler and Fire Alarm System drawings and performance specifications for this 5-tier open parking garage structure with approx. 1,300 parking spaces and shade structures above the top-tier parking spaces. The structure also includes a sky-bridge on the 4th tier to connect to an adjacent newly   constructed 4-story office building.

PCNA Group provided Master Code Analysis, Accessibility Analysis, and Fire Protection Engineering, including an Analysis of Fire Pump Requirements for this 4-tier, approx.   215,000 SF open parking garage structure with tenant suites on ground floor located in downtown Las Vegas. Proposed tenant improvements for ground-floor suites resulted in providing Alternative Methods and Materials Request to maintain parking areas as non-sprinklered.

PCNA Group provided Architectural Code Analysis, Accessibility Analysis, and Fire Protection Engineering, including an Analysis of Fire Pump Requirements for this 7-tier open parking garage structure with approx. 1,600 parking spaces with tenant suites on ground floor located in downtown Las Vegas, including a vehicular bridge that spans over Union Pacific railroad and connects to the City of Las Vegas City Hall parking garage.
