Office Towers

1700 Pavilion Office Tower

Project responsibilities included Code Consulting, Fire Protection Engineering, Egress Design, Alternate Materials & Method Requests, Accessibility Analysis & Inspections for this newly constructed 10-story core & shell office building of 250,000 SF with a stand-alone 6-tier open parking garage on a site that is accessed via a central pedestrian realm.  

One Meridian - Office Complex

Project responsibilities included accessibility design review, fire protection and life safety consulting, and egress design for this multiple building office complex that consists of two (2), 3-story low-rise office buildings (75,000 SF each) that are joined at grade by a 1-story secure lobby entrance to complete the “Class A” tenant experience. 

Credit One Bank - Phase II Corporate HQ Building

Project responsibilities included architectural code analysis, fire protection report, building and fire plan reviews and ADA/Accessibility analysis and inspections for this newly constructed Phase II 4-story office building that was joined to the Phase I HQ building by a 2-story entry lobby and outdoor rooftop tenant and guest amenity deck. 

Downtown Civic Center & Plaza

PCNA Group provided Code Consulting, Accessibility Analysis, Egress Design, and Fire Protection Engineering the design and construction of a 6-story above-grade mixed-use mid-rise building on an approximately 3.5-acre site. The overall site build-out also included an outdoor performance plaza with covered stages and artificial lawn landscaping that is partially covered with a cantilevered shade structure/outdoor performance stage that occurs at the north end of the courtyard.

Howard Hughes V-13 Office Building

PCNA Group provided Architectural Code Analysis, Building & Fire Code Consulting and Accessibility Analysis & Inspections in support of the design and construction of two (2) 3-story core & shell office buildings of 93,000 SF each that are situated on a single site with shared surface parking lots and an outdoor central courtyard.

Howard Hughes V-15 Office Building


The overall project included the proposed design and construction of two (2) 3-story (Group B) buildings of approx. 75,000 SF each. The office building contains an entry lobby, elevator core with public restrooms on all levels, and core & shell tenant suites on all levels (for future tenant improvement build-outs). The project site will include a surface parking lot, sidewalk/landscaped areas, and trash enclosure(s). 

Safeco Tower Repositioning

Project responsibilities included Architectural Code Analysis, Building & Fire Code Consulting and Accessibility Analysis & Inspections throughout implemented phases. Demolition of existing construction and new construction/additions to the south conference pavilion, adjacent to the level five/4th avenue lobby.  

Two Summerlin Office Building

Project responsibilities include Code Consulting, Fire Protection Engineering, Egress Design, Alternate Materials & Method Requests, Accessibility Analysis & Inspections. Office building is a 6-story core & shell office building of 153,000 SF on a single site with shared surface parking lots. 

UNLV Tech Park - Building 1

UNLV Tech Park - Building 1

Proposed design and construction of a 4-story (Group B) 116,500 SF office building with an entry lobby, elevator core with public restrooms on all levels, and core & shell tenant suites on all levels (for future tenant improvement buildouts). The project site includes a surface parking lot with 638 total spaces, sidewalk/landscaped areas, and trash enclosure(s).
