
PCNA Group provided Accessibility Code Analysis and Cost Estimate Confirmation for Henderson facilities: City Hall (265,381 SF), Convention Center (33,000 SF), Pavilion (39,250 SF) and recreation centers: Downtown, Valley View, and Whitney Ranch. Each facility was visited and inspected to identify applicable accessibility codes, standards, accessibility limitations, and physical barriers for both exterior and interior items. Provided detailed lists of recommended action steps with cost estimates and a written scope of work to resolve/mitigate all noted items for access to each problem area identified, followed by a cost-effective ADA Transition Plan with efficient recommendations and corrections.

PCNA Group provided Code Consulting, Fire Protection Engineering, Egress Design and Accessibility Analysis & Inspections for this approx. 120,000 SF building that consists of four (4) stories and a basement level providing a parking garage, adult education rooms, courtrooms, judge chambers, and city attorney offices among other amenities.

PCNA Group provided Code Consulting, Fire Protection Engineering, Egress Design, and Accessibility Analysis & Inspections for the North Tower of this detention center, approx. 475,000 SF with twelve (12) stories and a basement undergoing a renovation to include and/or improve elevators, fire sprinkler systems, staff kitchen and break room facilities, architectural finishes, and further systems and amenities.

PCNA Group provided Code Consulting, Fire Protection Engineering, Egress Design, and Accessibility Analysis & Inspections for the South Tower of this detention center, approx. 365,000 SF with six (6) stories and a basement undergoing a renovation to include and/or improve elevators, housing unit showers, dampers in HVAC units, fire sprinkler systems, fire alarm system circuits, smoke control system, and further systems and amenities.

PCNA Group provided Code Consulting, Accessibility Analysis, Egress Design, and Fire Protection Engineering the design and construction of a 6-story above-grade mixed-use mid-rise building on an approximately 3.5-acre site. The overall site build-out also included an outdoor performance plaza with covered stages and artificial lawn landscaping that is partially covered with a cantilevered shade structure/outdoor performance stage that occurs at the north end of the courtyard.
